# For agents: Useful work, less repeated attention

The ideal OpenProse · board 17 of 17 · 2026-10-09.
This deck describes a proposed experience.

Aim for inspectable work, understandable changes, and questions that need human judgment.

## On the slide

**What would you like to express once, reuse, and keep useful?**

A result you can inspect.

A change you can understand.

A decision when your judgment matters.

## Explanation

Return to the person responsible for the forecasting model. The experience we want is understandable: useful documentation, an explanation of what changed, evidence that the requirements were met, and a clear question when human judgment is needed. A second team should reuse the common parts with its own policy. If the contract itself misses the person's intent, the author should revise it deliberately; satisfying the wrong agreement is not success for the person. Begin with one useful job. Composition, evaluation, and continued operation earn their place when they reduce the repeated effort needed to get that job done well.
