# For agents: Contracts as parameters

This deck records dated experimental evidence, not general reliability.

A collection-assessment contract accepts a checker and preserves each entry’s subject and bindings.

## On the slide

**Assess a collection**

Supply a checker contract.

Give each entry its subject, bindings, and result.

The checker assesses the result against that subject.

## Explanation

The published example supplies a reusable checker to a collection-assessment contract. Each entry supplies a different topic and an existing brief to assess. The outer contract defines the interaction: invoke the checker with the right subject and bindings, retain its findings, and report unfinished work. The checker must assess the supplied record rather than write or repair the brief. This is parameterized composition in ordinary technical English. Its meaning depends on the supplied contracts' roles, not simply on substituting names into a template. These published records are synthetic examples, not evidence of historical brief-writing runs.
