Notes remain data.

## Explanation

The brief explicitly adopts two reusable contracts. Their applicable requirements become part of the agreement. The notes are supplied data, even if they contain imperative language. Ordinary links help discover material; they do not adopt every instruction they reach. Relative references retain their originating document, and this program's output stays beside the program, rather than moving into a library directory. These rules make composition more precise than placing documents in a context window. They also make it possible to identify what an agent should have done when examining its work afterward.
